BANGKOK -- Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra blamed political upheaval on Thursday for derailing the economy, taking a long-term view of the nation's economic challenges in her inaugural address to Parliament, even as she faces legal hurdles that threaten her nascent government.
