TOKYO -- China's Ministry of Transport and the U.S. trade representative on Monday announced yearlong suspensions of port fees they had imposed on each other's shipping, carrying out a key element of a truce hammered out by the powers' trade negotiators and sealed by Presidents Xi Jinping and Donald Trump.
