China imposes export controls on drug precursors to US, Canada, Mexico

SHANGHAI -- China's government on Monday announced export controls on drug precursor chemicals to the U.S., Canada and Mexico, after the U.S. lowered its fentanyl-related tariffs on Chinese goods.
