GYEONGJU, South Korea -- U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday said he agreed to lower tariffs on Chinese goods while Beijing will buy American soybeans and delay rare-earth export controls, after a highly anticipated meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
