Brazil courts China for coffee exports in face of stiff US tariffs

TOKYO -- Brazil is attempting to cultivate China as a promising alternative export target for coffee beans following the imposition of U.S. tariffs, but the market doubts the move will be enough to keep international coffee prices from slipping.
