JAKARTA -- Jakarta's tariff negotiations with Washington are far from over with the headline 19% rate on Indonesian exports to the U.S. marking just a starting point for discussions over details that could take "a long time" to finalize, Mari Pangestu, a leading Indonesian trade negotiator, told Nikkei Asia.
