KUALA LUMPUR/BANGKOK -- Malaysia remains hopeful of securing a favorable tariff deal from the U.S., with President Donald Trump expected to announce the country's "reciprocal" rate on Friday, the deadline before higher rates take effect, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has said.
