DHAKA -- A plan to have a United Arab Emirates-based port operator run part of Bangladesh's main port was thrown into turmoil on Thursday by a split High Court decision on a legal challenge to the deal with the interim government, casting a shadow over the involvement of foreign companies in the South Asian nation's ports.
