OTTAWA -- Canada should seize the opportunity of chairing the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) in 2024 to propose creative ways to push Taiwan's accession plans forward, former government officials said at a forum in Ottawa.
