CLEVELAND, U.S. -- It would be "reasonable" for the U.S. to raise policy rates two more times in 2023 to guide the inflation rate on a sustainable path to 2%, Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland President Loretta Mester, who serves as an alternate member of the Federal Open Market Committee, told Nikkei on Monday.
