AirAsia parent targets year-end exit from financial distress, CEO says

KUALA LUMPUR -- Capital A, the parent of budget carrier AirAsia, aims to exit its classification as a financially distressed company on the local bourse by the end of this year, according to CEO Tony Fernandes, a key step for the Malaysian company to pursue future growth.
