HONG KONG -- Horizons Ventures, the private investment arm of Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing, is diversifying its U.S.-focused portfolio by beefing up deals in Southeast Asia while targeting "women-centric" investments in Japan, its co-founder says.
