NEW YORK -- Investors around the globe are "incredibly enthusiastic about Japan," the Carlyle Group's co-chairman David Rubenstein and its CEO Harvey Schwartz told Nikkei in an exclusive interview. The U.S. investment company's executives cited the Tokyo Stock Exchange's rule changes and the country's relatively low interest rates as reasons for the enthusiasm.
