NUUK, Greenland -- Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen of Greenland, a self-governing Danish territory, said it is looking to develop its rare-earth minerals in cooperation with allied partners in possession of "good democracy" in an exclusive interview with Nikkei on Wednesday. His remarks are based on the recognition that many countries wish to reduce their dependence on China for procurement of the key resources.
