TOKYO -- Less than a month before Donald Trump returns as U.S. president, and with the prospect of big changes to American economic and trade policy, Hitachi Executive Chairman Toshiaki Higashihara said the Japanese industrial group can play a role in building U.S. infrastructure that tech companies can't.
