IDB chief seeks more Japanese capital in Latin America

TOKYO -- The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) will help Latin American countries create a more attractive environment for Japanese companies to invest in projects such as developing the region's huge lithium reserves, President Ilan Goldfajn told Nikkei.
