JAKARTA -- Indonesia, the Southeast Asian country hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, will likely see daily cases start to fall in April thanks to the sprawling archipelago's ambitious vaccine rollout plan, the chairman of the Indonesian Red Cross told Nikkei Asia.
