TAIPEI -- Humanoid robots are still in the "early stage" of development, but the combination of artificial intelligence with advanced sensors and actuators promises massive growth opportunities for the semiconductor industry, Infineon CEO Jochen Hanebeck told Nikkei Asia in an exclusive interview.
