TOKYO -- Japan, the U.S. and the Philippines will work together in areas such as semiconductors, digitalization, communication networks, clean energy and critical minerals, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida told Nikkei ahead of a historic three-way summit in Washington next week.
