Next-gen fighter program 'open' to more partners, not delays: UK minister

TOKYO -- The U.K., Japan and Italy are willing to bring more countries into their effort to develop a next-generation stealth fighter jet as long as they can contribute to achieving the goal, Britain's defense procurement chief said.
