MANILA -- Nobel Peace Prize-winning Filipino journalist Maria Ressa has accused Russia of spreading fake videos and false reports ahead of its Ukraine invasion, arguing Moscow's attempts at "destroying truth" highlight the need to expedite legislation against such activity in other countries.
