KYIV, Ukraine -- The U.S.-led sanctions against Russia should be stepped up further, including blocking Sberbank -- the largest Russian bank -- from the SWIFT payment network, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Thursday in an interview with Nikkei Asia.
