Scholz warns China not to use force to alter Taiwan status quo

BERLIN -- Germany will reduce its economic reliance on China, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said in an exclusive interview with Nikkei Asia, pledging that the country will avoid "one-sided dependencies on individual countries, as well as open up new sales markets."
