SEOUL -- South Korea is beginning serious deliberations about joining the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, Prime Minister Kim Min-seok told Nikkei during an exclusive interview in Seoul, referring to the trade pact in which Japan is the biggest economy.
