TOKYO -- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India's largest information technology services company, plans to retrain about 100,000 employees every year, or roughly one-sixth of its global workforce, its technology chief told Nikkei Asia, as artificial intelligence transforms client demand and the traditional outsourcing model.
