TOKYO -- As the U.S. government's tariff policy shakes the global trading system, Thailand should join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) to benefit from cooperation with other economies, the senior chairman of one of Southeast Asia's biggest conglomerates said.
