TOKYO -- Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s five-day official visit to Tokyo yielded new defense and economic deals with Japan, including $13 billion "in contributions and pledges" and commitments from three unnamed entities to support his planned sovereign wealth fund.
