NEW YORK -- U.S. President-elect Donald Trump will maintain a transactional approach to diplomacy in his second term, using tariffs as the principal mechanism to extract desired outcomes, Ian Bremmer, president of geopolitical risk advisory firm Eurasia Group and GZERO Media, told Nikkei.
