TOKYO -- Ukraine is eager to collaborate with Japan in a wide range of sectors to recover from the damage inflicted by Russia, with local electric-vehicle production one promising area for investment, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal told Nikkei in an exclusive interview.
