NEW YORK -- On a late autumn evening in Warsaw last month, the birthplace of Frederic Chopin and home to the international piano competition in his honor, Bruce Xiaoyu Liu wowed the audience with his smooth and tender performance of the Polish composer's "Concerto in E Minor, op. 11."
