VADODARA, India -- It is a Saturday evening. Done with their day's work, Bhavna Padiyar, 32, and her sister, Kiran, 37, both domestic helpers in the western Indian city of Vadodara, are busy getting their house ready for the most important monthly event of their calendar: a kitty party.
