TSMC has too much work

TAIPEI -- Taiwan Semiconductor Mfg. (TSMC) has carved out a commanding lead in the chip foundry market, racking up record sales and profits. Shipments of central processing units from TSMC's new plant in Tainan got into full swing last month. The factory, which makes cutting-edge 20-nanometer chips, is rumored to be exclusively producing components for Apple products.
