BANGKOK -- Thailand's Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha is ushering in another new year by keeping Bangkok's voters in the dark over a date for the long-delayed governor's election. He is also keeping the city guessing over another question: Will his pro-military party field a candidate for the poll?
