KUALA LUMPUR -- Indonesia has announced plans to purchase 42 Chinese J10 fighter jets for $9 billion, as well as missile boats and anti-ship missiles from Beijing. The decision is the latest element of President Prabowo Subianto's military build-up -- with 65.5 trillion rupiah ($3.9 billion) budgeted for new equipment this year alone.
