TOKYO -- Japan will conduct cyberdefense drills with five island nations in the Pacific, Nikkei has learned. As submarine cables crisscrossing the region are connected to Japan, Tokyo hopes to enhance cybersecurity in the area by deepening cooperation with the island nations.
