South Korea's Yoon vows to 'completely block' North's nuclear threat

SEOUL -- South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol said in a New Year's address that his country and the U.S. will complete a strengthened defense posture in the first half of the year, a further escalation of the allies' response to North Korea's growing armament.
