U.S. in talks to deploy 'multi-domain' army unit in Japan

WASHINGTON -- The U.S. has started discussions with Japan about having its ally host a new multifunction army unit, Army Secretary Christine Wormuth has said, as Washington seeks to address potential threats posed by China.
