ISLAMABAD -- Imran Khan, Pakistan's former prime minister and most popular opposition leader, completed two full years behind bars on Tuesday. In his absence, his party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has failed to mount a serious challenge to the government and organize a sustained political movement.
