NEW DELHI -- With Indian national elections just months away, a senior leader of the opposition Congress party, Rahul Gandhi, is kicking off a 6,700-kilometer "Unite India" march on Sunday in a last-ditch bid to revive the once-powerful organization's flagging fortunes and challenge the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
