MUMBAI -- In India, the vast majority of working women, be they CEOs, nurses or schoolteachers, are legally protected from sexual harassment. But within political parties -- part of the machinery that drafts the legislation on such matters -- women do not have the same safeguards, something the Supreme Court recently made official.
