JAKARTA -- Indonesian presidential frontrunner Prabowo Subianto defended his 460 trillion rupiah ($29 billion) free lunch plan and pledged to send 20,000 students abroad for medical and other studies during the fifth and final debate on Sunday night before the Feb. 14 vote.
