JAKARTA -- From an El Nino cash aid to civil servants' first pay rise in five years, Indonesian President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo is mobilizing massive populist programs that would support the presidential bid of Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto, giving the candidate an edge over his two rivals as the Feb. 14 election approaches.
