TOKYO -- Lawmakers from the U.S., Japan and Taiwan on Thursday held an inaugural policy dialogue to discuss Chinese expansionism in the Indo-Pacific region, with former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe sounding the alarm on the threat to Taiwanese democracy.
