SAN FRANCISCO -- The APEC CEO Summit in San Francisco has brought together private sector and political leaders, and one exhibition in particular captures the occasionally fraught relationship between those two worlds: a booth offering free samples of fresh scallops flown in from Hokkaido paired with Japanese sake.
