BANGKOK/PHNOM PENH (Reuters) -- Cambodia's Defense Ministry confirmed on Sunday that Thailand and Cambodia had agreed to return their troops to previous border positions after a clash in which a Cambodian soldier was killed prompted both to reinforce their military presence.
