NEW YORK -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Saturday told the United Nations General Assembly there should not be any delay for a comprehensive cease-fire in the Middle East, where Israel's killing of Hezbollah's leader has inflamed fears of a full-scale war and the Gaza war nears the one-year mark.
