BEIJING -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang met here Monday with North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui, declaring his government willing to continue deepening cooperation with Pyongyang "to better safeguard the common interests" of both, according to China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
