TAIPEI/BEIJING -- China's campaign to warm ties with Europe was tripped up again on Thursday as Czech Senate leader Milos Vystrcil met with Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen in Taipei, pushing cross-strait relations to the diplomatic forefront.
