ISTANBUL -- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan wrapped up a three-leg Gulf tour on Wednesday with 13 deals worth an estimated $50.7 billion signed in the United Arab Emirates, following his visits to Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
