NEW DELHI -- European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen holds talks with India's leaders in New Delhi this week, as the bloc faces an unprecedented strain in ties with the U.S. over President Donald Trump's policy shift on Russia's war in Ukraine and his threat to impose import tariffs.
